Tikker Engineering is a mechanical engineering firm started in August 2003 by Bob Tikker. We currently have seven employees – 2 licensed engineers, 1 engineers in training, 3 project managers, and 1 office manager. Employees and years of experience are as follows:

Tikker Engineering Inc. provides mechanical drawings and specifications, along with other construction contract documents, for commercial, industrial and residential construction projects. We also provide construction phase services such as submittal review and construction observations.

Tikker Engineering has a commitment to provide quality design systems that are simple yet cost effective with the owners needs in mind. The systems are individually designed for simplicity, longevity of mechanical systems and ease of maintenance. Consideration is given to maintaining low life cycle costs of building systems which do not over emphasize low front end install costs. Tikker Engineering looks at long term costs of systems such as maintenance and energy consumption in order to provide the owner with the most cost effective solution to his building needs over the life of the facility.

Tikker Engineering has also been in the forefront of green building design for projects within the state of Idaho. Bob Tikker is a LEED accredited professional and served on the original board of directors for the first USGBC Idaho Chapter. As a part of our sustainable building design services, Tikker Engineering can perform complex energy modeling analysis to predict energy consumption for the complete building.
